I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly soft, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and engaging, making for some enjoyable conversations. The bathtub was spacious, and the room was warm and cozy. Additionally, the view from the room was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location was great. There is a beautiful lake across their home. And another nice lake 5 min drive away. carmel is one of the most caring, friendliest host we have ever met. She does everything to make your stay memorable.

The B&B house was super clean, stylish decor and the facilities were great with a lovely large shared lounge and a large kitchen with everything you could need, Also provided a lovely continental breakfast which was well organised, and had everything you could want for breakfast. The bedroom had a nice clean ensuite bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and the linens were super crispy clean, also a nice sized TV in the bedroom. The host was super friendly and explained where everything was located, and the Lodge is located only a stones throw from Eat Street and the Lake Front and a short walk into town so central to everything, - Very impressed and will definitely be returning to Lakes Lodge B&B.

Amazing location ! Watching the sun rise in the morning across the Lake Rotorua at our doorstep was the highlight of our trip! The home was clean and beautiful! It was wonderful to have a comfy and clean home to return to. We loved it.

Everything! Everything was clean, new, modern and comfortable. The host was just nice and so helpful. The breakfast was just fine and in the apartment was everything you need for a longer stay. 12 from 10 stars! I just can recommend this place. :)

This B&B was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. It is in a quiet neighborhood, less than 15 minutes away from downtown Rotorua. Vivienne, the owner, was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast each morning consisted of granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast - and Viv's own freshly made avocado toast. Each of the 3 rooms has its own little patio and guests have use of a communal sitting room, dining room, small kitchen, and a patio. There is even a swimming pool and workout room. I would come back here in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this B&B.
