we stayed in the b and b section and i cannot fault it. straight 10/10. comfy, clean, beautiful property, right by river, close to town, quiet, friendly, it was just perfect. heartily recommend. great value for money. super place nearby for breakfast too.

Loretta is a wonderful host and the house and garden are beautiful! There was a coffee and tea corner with a variety to choose from, breakfast was delicious and everything was clean and fresh. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom spacious.

Extremely well equipped. So many little things had been thought of e.g emergency sanitary products, shaving gel, beach towels etc Nice big comfy bed and TV to watch after a long day exploring. Nice and quiet and can walk in to town quite quickly but the river is a little further. Lovely outdoor area for own use. Property was very clean.

Spotlessly clean and very well-stocked (in addition to the usual things there were bath salts, flavoured teas, etc). The space itself is beautiful and the view is very pretty! Stacy is a lovely host.
