Big room and nice bathroom with good shower and hot water. Also there is a kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Refrigerator and microwave is available in the common area. The location is very nice with mountains backdrop and parking in front of the property. I was the only guest that night, an eerie feeling 🫣 Anyway, I was looking for the cheapest lodge and La Campierelle was the one.

I spent two nights at Relais Des Gouverneurs. I was happy with my choice. In one sense, my room was fairly basic, but the property had a lot of charm. The provided free breakfast was quite nice. The best thing about this property is Hell-bourg itself. An amazing place that deserves more than a day trip. Stay one or two nights for sure to enjoy the peace, the calm, the mountain air and the incredible views.

The place was nice, the owners very kind. It was good for me location-wise, being very close to the end of my trail (coming from Piton de Neiges). It is close to restaurants and stores. I booked a double room so I could relax, the room is small and cosy. The walls are a bit thin so if you have neighbours, you might hear them. All in all, in was a good place to sleep.
