Pavlo, the staff member, was equally impressive, going above and beyond to assist us with all our needs. The hotel itself is a hidden gem, with cozy rooms, a beautiful courtyard, and a perfect location for exploring the city. But what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service and warm hospitality of Miha and Pavlo. They are the heart and soul of this hotel, and their dedication to making every guest feel special is evident in every detail. We cannot recommend this hotel enough, and we cannot wait to return and experience the warmth and kindness of Miha and Pavlo once again. I loved so much about this place, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was amazing. For example the way the mix the style of the place with the old and the new. Loved the coffee and how it had a honesty approach to drinks and the freedom of the hotel. It was very safe with amazing views. It was a complete gem, I would love to stay again and would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.
