Best thing about this place is the service of the staff and the location! The main temples are across the street and within 15mins walk. So many eateries so you're spoiled for choice and the night market is so close. The breakfast was so charming, from eating out everyday, it really felt like home cooked meal cooked with care. There is a restaurant in front of the house that is super convenient. I would also recommend you take the tours that staff can organise you. We took the boat cruise and wish we took the longer boat cruise. Please don't miss doing this as its a great way to experience the temples at dusk. The staff organise everything so it is way cheaper and more exclusive since you have the boat all to yourself! There was a lot of travelling so the staff helped us organise a Van to get back to Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

Great short-stay in Ayutthaya - centrally located, very charming old house. We loved the atmosphere in the open wooden room (and enjoyed the living area and the two sleeping floors above, that you could reach with ladders) - the room was so comfortable! There were so nice people at the reception desk with good information materials, very friendly and helpful. The laid-back terraces (open and private) were also a good choice to just hang around :-)

Everything! Duke and his team are great, helpful and kind. Although the residence is away from the city center, it is actually a plus as it is very peaceful ! We rented a motorcycle from Duke for 2 days so it was perfect ! The room was simply perfect, clean, comfy and beautiful

It's a beautiful place, with clean rooms, a swimming pool and a nice breakfast area. The staff is super friendly, they will make you feel very welcome. You can rent bikes at this place as well, and the old temples are very nearby.

Great location and great staff - we stayed only overnight but liked this place - the man on the reception was so kind and helpful, we liked the atmosfere very much. The bungalow was quite small,but we stayed only overnight so we do not have a need for a bigger space. The location is great,so close to markets and temples. Thank you so much!
