The location is a tremendous asset to this place. The rooms have been beautifully renovated, exceeding our expectations given the price we paid. It was a last-minute decision, but it was definitely worth it. The establishment boasts a charming terrace where fellow guests gather, providing a delightful opportunity to meet people. With only 4-5 rooms, it's far from crowded, making it perfect for both relaxation and privacy. The location is conveniently situated, just a 5-10 minute walk to the bustling tourist harbor with its array of boats to the islands, and a 20-minute stroll to the ferry harbor. You're essentially in the heart of it all at this place. It's truly exceptional, and we couldn't find any faults. Despite our late arrival, the owner kindly stayed up to welcome us, a gesture we greatly appreciated. While communication with the owner was a bit challenging due to their limited English skills, it didn't bother us at all. The WiFi worked perfectly.

Absolutely fantastic place! Amazing location, friendly staff, incredibly cozy and clean room with comfortable beds, and the best breakfast we had during three months of traveling. We had initially booked only two nights, but ended up extending since we liked it so much. An absolute gem, can't recommend it enough!

We loved the location in the heart of Cunda but away from the crowds on a lovely quiet street with many historical homesteads (Eolos House being one of them). The full Turkish breakfast was amazing. And we even got a huge packed breakfast for our early checkout. The hosts were wonderful letting us know the room was ready for early check in and even offered an upgrade (which we didn't take up). Their recommendation to the nearby (15min walk) community beach with very reasonably priced sunbeds (200TL)we found very good (but you need beach shoes). Totally recommend as very good value in Cunda.

The hotel is a lovely house conversion in the Old City of Ayvalik, next to very nice cafes, restaurants, boutiques and groceries shops. The room was very clean and the owners are a lovely family who treated us so well that we were really impressed. Made us coffee, tea, let us use the fridge and safekept our bags for free on checkout date for hours. Lovely people and wish they spoke English in order to initiate an even larger discussion between ourselves! The neighborhood is really out of a fairy tale! You will surely not regret choosing this hotel to stay at in Ayvalik! Also, the wifi was excellent and this really helped us plan the trip!
