CanadaBreakfast did not exist. I knew this before I made my reservations. Thus, I prepared for this. I brought a bag of bagels and some granola bars. Plus somthing to drink. This suited me fine.
The room, while dated, was clean and well kept. The bed was neat and the blankets and sheets were very clean. The staff were very good to talk to and very helpful in answering any question that I had. I'm not very technically inclined and one staff member came to my room to help me on one occasion.
I will gladly stay there again.
The rural setting of the Sunrise Motel is very nice. It has a very substantial lawn. It is very quiet and not much traffic. The walk I took was along the local road with very little traffic and very enjoyable for a country walk, which I do not often get a chance to take.
