Petrona was super kind and responsive The place is perfect! Really efficient, it is rather small (as the nane clearly suggests) but there is everything you need (and much more) in the place you need it. Our stay was short but we expect to return for a longer one in the future

Everything was perfect from the begining until the end! Very nice place to stay, I recommend it at 100%. Billy and his partner are very nice, the room is perfect, nice people there, good vibes, very clean and great breakfast, it’s very valuable. The swimming pool area is great too. We ariived here early in the morning after a cruise - uber from Port everglades around 13 dollars. Martin on reception which opens at 10 was able to get us an early room and we stored our bags in the office and waited by the lovely pool just across the quiet residential street.the property was lovely an oasis of gardens with sunbeds and tables and chairs to sit outside your room. We had the smallest room type which was super clean had microwave coffee machine and fridge , safe and large shower. The area has lots of local eateries and 5 mins walk to a small mall with supermarket etc.!5 mins walk to the beach. I would stay here again without hesitation.
