The location was excellent, close to everything important. Though not so much walking distance, but we travelled with a rental car. The owner met us when we arrived and gave us the tour of the place and also gave very good tips about where to eat. The bed was heavenly, the best I have experienced in a hotel/hostel/BnB. The room had all the necessities, the view to the back forest. Even though the place is in suburban area, the yard was so private and nice we were sad to only have stayed one night. The breakfast was so amazing and good! I have nothing bad to say about this place.

This place is beautiful and it seems like you are staying in a resort. The pool is big and the area around it has small lounges where you can just chill and enjoy your time off. You can park inside or outside the property , the area is very safe. The room where we stayed is really nicely done and has everything you need. Hosts are kind and ready to help you. You have options for breakfast and you can order it in advance. Definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived we were treated kindly friends. All the staff, Rose who heads the team and Marie-Helene the owner were so kind and helpful and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely breakfast was served upstairs in the terrace with wonderful views. Highly recommended.

    The guest house is a somewhat boutique style guest house, with a nice rustic feel and South African themed. It is a small quiet area, but one gets to know the people, also meet other guests and get to know real people from South Africa. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, but also central and within driving distance from connecting routes to get to Cape Town, beach areas and wine districts. The people at the guest house are very friendly and help out as far as they can.

    The accommodation is well placed for my purposes. My unit was clean and noiseless until the third day when people moved into the unit attached to mine. There is an inter leading door between the two units and it feels like we are in the same room. Another unit may be a better option. Mostly it was quiet and private. It is easy to get Uber from there.

    Absolutely quiet location in a secured residential area at the top of Somerset. Wide view of the sea on the one side and Helderberg on another. Bright and friendly room with charming outdoor seating and evening sun. Generous, very high quality and varied breakfast. Owner very nice and friendly and generous as well. A feel-good address.
