A continental breakfast is available at the bed and breakfast. We had the Oak room, spacious enough. Really clean, friendly staff, flexible and answering quickly to questions, comfortable bed, close to public transport (train, bus, metro and tram). We stayed one week and the room has been proactively been cleaned in the middle of our stay.

It is a place where you feel like at home ..warm and quite..with a kitchen like your own , where you can make yourself a hot meal with a nice cup of tea ..the hospitality of Max and his kindness were overwhelming.. Finally , this were I would go whenever I visit Vienna .. Next time i will go with my daughter as I already promised her to do and we would definitely chose Room55

Some might find it lacks convenience in facilities (just a few, usual for big hotels and not needed here), but it is functional, and hospitality characterizes this place. And breakfast is certainly worth mentioning, as it is made from fresh products that owners use in their product business. I recommend trying for people who like places with their own unique vibe.

Suzy the owner is absolutely fantastic with the people. You have the opportunity to travel to WIEN this is the place !!!

Located right off Vienna’s main shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße, K+T Boardinghouse offers spacious rooms with traditional high ceilings and parquet floors. Free WiFi is available, and a chargeable parking garage is located behind the property. My sister and I stayed at K+T Boardinghouse for two nights, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Vienna and also easy to reach from the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thank you to the wonderful hostess, Tina. She truly went above and beyond for us. Although our flight arrived early in the morning, she graciously allowed us to check in early and had the room ready for us by 12:00, which was so appreciated after traveling. Her kindness and hospitality really made a difference in our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna—great value, fantastic location, and outstanding service!

Partly renovated in 2016, the rooms have a private bathroom, a telephone and a basic work desk. They do not feature a TV or a radio, and thus contribute to the property's peaceful ambience. WiFi is available in the building. The receptionist was the kindest person 🥰. And our room had a window to the inner garden, so it could be open all night.

Within 7 minutes on foot, the Museum Quarter can be reached. The picturesque Spittelberg Area, where guests can find bars, restaurants and cafés, is just 200 metres away. Schönbrunn Palace can be reached within 20 minutes by public transports. It is exactly as shown in pictures. Beautiful building on the outside and inside. Very good location with metro and tram being super close. Also it is 2 min walk from a street full of stores and restaurants. The owner was really helpful and kind when communicating. There is a common space where you have coffee/tea or use the fridge.
