Rooms at Sendero are equipped with heating and feature private bathrooms. El Sendero is a very comfortable and welcoming place. We stayed there for two nights and loved it. Rosa greeted us when we arrived, and then Juan joined us later. We had a great chat with both of them. They were so kind and took amazing care of us. One thing we really liked was being able to cook our own breakfast. They provide plenty of food for it, which made it super convenient. The place has a cozy, home-like feeling. Juan has traveled all over the world and makes you feel at home right away. He also has a great sense of humor! For Christmas, he gave us a bottle of champagne as a gift-how sweet is that? The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Another great thing is that you can leave any items you don’t need for your trip to Patagonia (we were away for 5 days at W trek) at El Sendero. This was really helpful for us! We highly recommend staying at El Sendero. It’s a warm, friendly place that gives you great vibes and wonderful memories!

She prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we went to see the penguins along with preparing a delicious hot breakfast for us on the other days of our trip. The beds were comfy and overall the hostal was very clean. The location is good and close to the center of town. Overall, loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!

A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the bed and breakfast, units have bed linen and towels. Cabaña las Lengas is truly a jewel, so comfortable and cozy. Javier is so attentive and welcoming. We loved the beautiful property Cabañas Las Lengas is on, so much to take in, from the lake view to the beautiful puppy that comes to great you. The jacuzzi inside the cabin was out of this world. And to make it even better it’s 10 minutes away by car from puerto natales which has all the good restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops. We recommend everyone to stay here! 10/10

All units in the guest house are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and with cable channels. Fabian is a great host, friendly and helpful. He thinks nothing of giving you a lift to the bus early in the morning and he has a steady supply of pastries, tea bags etc. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom has a good supply of toiletries and lots of hot water.
