This bed and breakfast is allergy-free and non-smoking. The host, Candide, is a wonderful and attentive woman. Multi-lingual and attentive. The house and rooms are immaculate, there is a pleasant upper story terrace, and the breakfast was terrific.

All units at the guest house come with a seating area. There is also a well-fitted kitchen in some of the units equipped with a fridge, a stovetop, and kitchenware. At the guest house, units are equipped with a balcony, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Roof, it was the perfect base to explore the town and a great alternative to a resort-style all inclusive, which isn’t really our thing. It is very well located and everything is easily reached on foot - the beach is two minutes walk away. The roof terrace is lovely and secluded, and the small pool is great for those wanting a break from the beach. Everything in the apartment was quite new and the beds were really comfy, with great air conditioning and a small kitchenette, should you need it. There are lots of plugs in the apartment, and we also had a small balcony. JC, the owner, is an incredible host and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect - a 10/10. He organised any trips we wanted to do, and was always immediately contactable. Nothing was too much trouble, he’s a very helpful guy and it was nice to see an owner who takes a lot of pride in their property and guests’ experience. Due to our room being empty the next day, we were also given the benefit of a later check out to meet our flight time, which was hugely appreciated. Merci pour ce super séjour!

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Such a cute place. Had a lovely 10 days here, just 5 min walk from the beach. We had such a warm welcome from Sara and Simone who looked after us so well, and even borrowed us some beach towels. We felt at home here and enjoyed the morning coffee and fresh breads. The bar was cool too - Manu the barman makes a fantastic cocktail !! Very chilled and social. Everyone friendly.

The owner Isabel helped me a lot of to organize my travel in Cabo Verde. Thank you Isabel. The room and the bed was big and very comfortable. The common bathroom is very clean. Espargos is an excellent place to discover the island Sal, the Blue Eye an the Salinas de Pedra de Lume are very close. For a next time visit I would take Rooming house without any hesitation.

Milu, the owner, is super nice, attentive, goes above and beyond to help you with anything and makes you feel part of the family. The rooms are better than the pictures: huge, clean, comfortable and silent. My room was cleaned daily except for 1 day. The location is good: 10 min walk from Santa Maria, in a quiet area. Breakfast is fantastic and varied. Wifi was fast and also worked in my room.

The professionalism of the instructors and their passion for kitesurfing were evident from the very beginning. Within just two days, my wife and I were able to kite almost independently, which was an absolute thrill. We are incredibly thankful to Mr. Robert for connecting us to this amazing kiteschool and making this experience possible. By the way, it is one of the best kiteschool in Santa Maria. Please book in advance. Not only did Mr. Robert provide us with an incredible kitesurfing adventure, but he also recommended the best restaurants in town. And believe us when we say he was spot on! Each and every dining experience was a culinary delight, leaving our taste buds in awe. Mr. Robert's knowledge of the local dining scene truly enhanced our stay, and we'd highly recommend following his recommendations for an unforgettable gastronomic journey. Now, let's talk about the penthouse. This place is simply the best with an incredible view. The moment we stepped onto the rooftop terrace, we were greeted by an awe-inspiring panorama of the ocean that left us speechless.
