The room boasts extravagant furnishings and an even more extravagant view of the Scottish Border hills. We were greeted with cheerful, kind, words and gestures that are unmatched (and we have traveled extensively). Love this place and Moffat but especially Karen and David; they are true gems!

Chris and Tony are lovely and great hosts , full of knowledge from gretna in the war to the best places to visit and eat. The guest house was spotlessly clean , comfortable and Chris's breakfast was fabulous. The train station was an added bonus , it made it easy to enjoy an evening in Carlisle with the family. There's private parking , lovely walks and it's close to our Scottish family, so we'll definitely be staying again . Just like being at home ❤️
