Only 2 rooms, so it is nice and quiet, and both rooms are upstairs so there is no chance for stomping above. The area of the B&B is rural, so there was no road noise--only birds and kids playing could be heard from the window. It is a great spot for walks and bike riding, and in a beautiful area surrounded by vineyards. The hosts are fabulous--kind, generous (with homemade cookies available at all times) and relaxed, and they speak good English too. The room and bathroom we had were absolutely huge, so no complaints on space, and there were 2 armoires to store your things. The bathroom was equally large and everything worked great. Lastly, we enjoyed a meal (cooked by Fausto) with the family and the food was outstanding, the local wine was nice, and the company with Fausto and Wanna (sp?), along with the other German guests staying, was a great experience. That they were dog-friendly and provided parking in a safe area were additional positives.

The host Loretta is great and gave her best to make us feel like home. She has a cute dog too. Breakfast was also great with a lot of options, everything you need. Flat was clean and well equipped.

It is situated 8.1 km from Terme di Galzignano and features a lift. The guest house has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The central location was great and suited my purpose perfectly. It also close to the railway station: train travelers get there in a whiff. Breakfast was excellent and varied, from fruit and yoghurt to some delicious Italian cakes and pastries and great coffee. The host is also very nice and considerate and takes great care of her lodgers.
