We didn’t hear any noise from outside and slept great. We definitely recommend and will come back!

We also got upgraded during our stay which was a lovely surprise and we really appreciated it ☺️ We only had breakfast one morning however there was a very good selection and food was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to take 1 1/2 half stairs to reach elevator, no problem for me as the staff help me to carry my luggage. It’s easy to walk around as the famous landmark within walking distance. Definitely will recommend this place.

This BNB hotel was a great place to stay for a quick overnight in Florence. It was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, yet simple and well priced. Directly across the road from the SPN train station it was easy to locate and perfect for onward travelling. Communication from the time of booking to the time of checkout was also excellent with the staff practively making sure they were prepared for my arrival. The best part of the stay however was the staff - all 3 women that I encountered were so lovely and made me feel very welcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
