Guests can eat in the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and cocktails. I really appreciate the hilarious retaliation of the staff for that 1/10 review. The whole hut is full with funny wooden signs. The dinner with local dishes was great. The view is truly 10 out of 10 and the location is great starting place for wonderful hikes.

I've stayed in many hotels (from top to bottom of the spectrum) in my many years of traveling, and none, i can recall, exceeded their's for quality and diversity of offerings. Jani with his sense of humor and willingness to go the extra mile along with his wife's attention to detail, made for a memorable stay. Sometimes one gets lucky. This was one of those times.

Our stay at the Old Parish House was great! Even though it's next to a church, it wasn't loud, we could sleep and enjoy our stay. The breakfast was good, I am not sure why people are complaining, it's the classic buffet-style hotel breakfast and the workers were really pleasant. They made us fresh scrambled eggs and coffee every single morning. They also have a souvenir shop! They have a huge parking lot and the location is perfect! It's on a hill, keep that in mind if you have difficulty with walking up the stairs.
