Situations right in the middle of Montepulciano this is a fabulous spacious apartment. We were welcomed, given restaurant recommendations and shown to a gorgeous spacious rom. Modern bathroom with everything you could need to a few nights stay. Breakfast was provided by voucher at a local cafe and was great.

We managed to park our motorbike in the alley right beneath our room window, not actually permited, but since it was just for one night. Montepulciano is very beautiful, combined with Anna's apartment, made our stay worthwhile!

It’s the perfect place to relax, sip wine, unwind, and feel completely spoiled from start to finish.

They showed the process of the renovation for 9 full months. It has been an amazing experience in Tuscany and i fell in love with Italy because of their cities and hospitalities. Hope you could visit and stay at this place when you are visiting Tuscany. They have a set menu lunch and dinner at 45 and 65 eur / person, but we have not got a chance to try because they have a full day wedding the next day, so it is not serving lunch and dinner. Every detail of the house was worth admiring. We were lucky enough to celebrate a birthday at this stunning villa, and I am deeply grateful for all the thoughtfulness and attention we received – it made the celebration unforgettable! We had never before experienced such care and such a warm, family-like atmosphere. The pool and the entire property of the villa turned out to be even better than we imagined. Breakfast deserves a special mention: fresh products, fresh bread, excellent coffee – everything was top quality. The host was always attentive to our needs; the staff was very understanding with check-in and check-out times, and even helped us with the celebration, doing everything possible to make us feel happy. The wine produced at Pievuccia is definitely worth mentioning. We couldn’t try them all, but the ones we tasted were outstanding. We will surely come back during the red wine season! Naturally, we couldn’t leave without taking a couple of bottles with us. The villa offers everything for relaxation – a ping-pong table, board games, gazebos. And of course, the incredible Luna, the owners lovely dog, made our stay even more joyful. This is truly a rare gem – there are very few places like this. Our only regret is not staying longer. But one thing is certain - we will be back! This is definitely the place I will recommend to my friends and family.
