Property is 10 mins drive away from the busy tulum area , so very peaceful. We rented a car off the airport itself , so we didn’t feel the distance . If ur not planning on renting a car, the taxi fares will be very pricey. So u defo need a car. Everything about this property was amazing and Melissa is an amazing host .

David took us onna very reasonably priced eco tour where we saw dolphins, sea turtles and a manatee! An experience of a lifetime!

It is walking distance to everywhere in Tullm town We would recommend this place to stay!
