Everything was clean and comfortable. You get to live like a local in a traditional apartment building. The host was very friendly and we were able to communicate with a bit of Russian and English.

Set in Pʼarakʼar, the recently renovated Tevosyan EVN Airport provides accommodation 10 km from Etchmiadzin Cathedral and 12 km from Republic Square.

Hosts were amazingly hospitable. Since our flight was early in the morning (we departured at 4 AM), we didn't want to have breakfast. Lovely host Anush arranged a delicious dinner instead of the breakfast within half an hour of our arrival. She also gave us some fruits, toy and sweets for our child. In the end she organized our transfer to the airport free of charge and woke up before 4 AM to say goodbye. I give my biggest recommendations, as many other reviews I saw when choosing this object.

Very clean and nice hotel with very friendly and , professional stuff that was there for me always - took me from and to the airport, helped with the money change and helped to find my way to the city center. The breakfast was tasty and original, the coffee that they offered was amazing and the bad was surprisingly comfortable with a good smell of laundry.

The name is so appropriate - a cosy little studio with everything I needed at a great price. The room was so quiet at night with only the flowing water below to listen to outside, despite being so close to the centre. Bedsheets were super soft, great WiFi and great hosts.

Very clean and comfortable modern apartments at the very centre of Yerevan with lots of great restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Seamless check-in and check-out. The apartments are in an enclosed section with a laundry room that has both a washing machine and a dryer. It’s quiet inside despite the central location.
