The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).

The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was warm, welcoming, and always available for any questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment itself is stunning—modern, cozy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Velden, just a short walk to the lake, and conveniently close to both Klagenfurt and Villach. Having private parking was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible hospitality of our hostess. She was so kind and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Without us even asking, she arranged personalized tourist tickets that allowed us to use the S-Bahn for free—such a wonderful surprise! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
