Maybe one of the best cottage we were. New, totally equipped, wood construction with a pleasant smell of fresh wood. A 4 person apartment is bigger than we expected, two floors with wooden stairs are nice. A kitchen has everything you need and is very well equipped. From our apartment was a fantastic view to Zugspitze (unforgettable evening). We stay only for one night, but we would like to stay longer and will for sure return.

It was great appartments, i even didn`t expected that it is such big with balkony and plenty of windows. The windowview was such incredible! The furniture on the kitchen is new with all nesessary stuff.

The apartment looks exactly the same as it was shown in the picture. The owner was very friendly. We requested for late check in at short notice and they managed it. So over all a perfect stay!

    Very nice place, the owners were very friendly and helpful. This is a perfect location if you want to go up to Zugspitze and meanwhile visit Neuschwanstein Castle and surrounding villages. Not very crowded location so in case you do not want to stay in the middle of the crowd in Garmisch-Partenkirchen but still be close then this is nice place to come in with a family.

    I stayed in a room with a balcony, overlooking the mountains. The view was amazing! The room had all the necessary, was very clean and comfortable. Frau Luttinger is a wonderful, helpful host - I have enjoyed my stay greatly! There are places to eat, a shop, a supermarket and a gas station in the village; even more options within 15 minutes driving distance. There are plenty of great hikes in the neighbourhood, the famous Bavarian castles are just 30 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here - I am definitely coming back!

    I fell in love with this little village and place. Christina was very nice. The village is centrally located for skiing and mountain bikes. It was great having cooking facilities for the basics. The little general store a few doors down was fantastic to get bits and pieces. I forgot my cash and the lady said just pay me tomorrow morning as it was closing time. The view was spectacular from the balcony or bed. Thank you.
