Silvya is a very nice person, very helpful and has a lot of tips for you. The b&b is a 10 minute walk from Mattenhof station, which gives you an 8 minute train ride to Luzern. The b&b is clean, nice, anything you need, a simple but good breakfast. Silvya is very talkative and always asks about your day and if you need anything. You also get your own key to the frontdoor.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sachseln, Verena's Boutique Villa au lac is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the mountain.

The apartment could not have been better for 4 adults and 2 kids. Vanessa was a wonderful host who met us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed! Even a bottle of chilled prosecco in the fridge! The apartment was one of the best outfitted ones I have been in! Everything you could need!

We made a perfect holiday next to the beautiful lake and got fantastic view. The panoramic lounge has been well maintained by the host with very clean windows. A nice little town with a great location for the hotel — the train station is very close, so it’s easy to get to places like Lucerne in just 40 minutes. I really liked it; it felt cozy and peaceful.
