My husband and I LOVE Palmetto Lodge the best from our stay in Costa Rica. The location was beautiful, and secluded, with an amazing view. The owners were so kind and inviting. They've worked so hard on their property and the work is 1000% reflected in their lodge. The breakfast was AMAZING! Everything homemade. Their hospitality was the best.

I have visited Costa Rica several times, but here I really experienced Costa Rica. The real charm of the place is that it is in a forest full of monkeys and other animals and really close to the river!! The location is excellent because unlike the noisy Santa Teresa and Monteza Zuma, here are the only gas station and supermarket in the whole area and other necessary things, but you are completely in the forest and it is not noticeable. The house is about a 10-15 minute drive to any destination you choose in the area. The house itself is very spacious and clean, I didn't need more than that. Our host Liz was very friendly and helped us with everything. We will be back!

Fantastic location with excellent private access (1 min walk) to the best beach in Santa Theresa that comes with great views throughout the day. The property is massive with 3 villas spread out from each other giving guests all the privacy in the world to have a relaxing beach vacation. The facilities are amazing & look better than the description. We cannot wait to come back!

I had a great stay and would definitely come back. When I arrived the Wi-Fi in my apartment wasn’t working, the host moved me to a smaller room with better connection. It was still very nice, and to compensate she kindly offered an extra night, which I really appreciated. The breakfast and cleaning staff were also fantastic—warm, helpful and always smiling.
