Everything perfect! Easy access, access instructions, apartment rules, all totally clear. Host responds immediately. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Very close to the central train station. In a neighborhood with restaurants and other hotels, yet very quiet. Definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

The owner was very hospitable and accomodating and the flat was really nice and peaceful! The city centre is about 40 minutes walking distance away or 4 stops on the tram/metro, so you can very easily get there. There is designated parking spot for the house and the area seems really safe, so no issues parking there!

Super nice flat ! We didn’t expect it to bed such a big flat, we definitely felt like home during our stay :) Bathroom was big, clean, and with a bath and shower separated. Super clean, good location, easy parking in front of the building (but with an extra cost), good communication with the woman at the front office as well.

The apartment is large enough and well equipped for all possible needs for an even longer stay in Cologne with your family or a group of friends. It can also accomodate two families. The English speaking host is very kind and also professional. He offered us beverages and breakfast essentials on the house. The waterbed in one of the bedrooms was a nice touch, along with the jacuzzi in the bathroom and the generous shower cabin. The kitchen and the living room offer the space and means for spending a nice time together, while the bedrooms offers a cosy intimate atmosphere.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! The absolute top location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the iconic Kölner Dom and vibrant shopping streets. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a frequent traveler, you’ll appreciate how close you are to everything Cologne has to offer. The room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the fully stocked kitchenette with high-quality utensils – perfect for both short and long stays. After a long day of exploring, I could unwind in the cozy lounge with a glass of wine, which truly felt like a home away from home. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality made such a difference, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Other highlights include the quiet, relaxing atmosphere, despite being in the heart of the city, and the thoughtful amenities provided in the room, such as soft bedding, fast Wi-Fi, and even little details like coffee and tea supplies. I will definitely return for a longer stay during my next visit, this time with my kids, as this hotel perfectly balances convenience, comfort, and warmth. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cologne – this place truly sets the standard for hospitality!

the house is really beautiful, and in a nice position near a beautiful path for walking near the river the hosts were kind and accommodating, they were really nice. they made all the effort to make us feel at home.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, the bathroom is lovely, and the shower is amazing. There is plenty of storage for hanging up your clothes, the bed clothes are of really good quality and there is a lovely fresh fragrance when you walk in. We loved that there was a kitchenette, 2 hobs, a microwave, a fridge, and all the pots and pans that you need. The apartment seems to be in the suburbs of Cologne, with fantastic scenery. At the top of the road is the 152 bus that's brings you to the Tram services. (Download the KVB app for your 24hr or 48hr bus and tram ticket). We had a lovely time and can't wait to return. We did have an issue and locked ourselves out by mistake, and we contacted Laura, the owner, and she responded quick and had the problem solved in no time! Fantastic service.

    Our 1-bedroom apartment was in a mixed facility. Part of it is a retirement home and part is short term rentals. Staff was excellent, the buffet breakfast was great and we had dinners in the restaurant which was reasonably priced. It is located some 300m from the central train station and the famous cathedral. Place was clean with beautiful gardens.
