The location if you are looking for something right in the middle of brighton probably can't be beaten. Everything was clean, good clear instructions provided 48 hours before for parking and access which was absolutely fine, no issues at all. Car park a little difficult to find but not impossible, just read the instructions! Beds were very comfy and slept very well. The kitchen was well set up, almost all the utensils were available. Lots of activities at the house eg. air hockey, board games which was a plus.
