Highly recommend from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, had excellent service, clean, polite, friendly and amazing facilities. The evening we arrived they were fully booked for food but still manage to squeeze us in so we could have some food. The meal was very big , the taste and quality of the food was amazing. If we need to go back up any time, I will definitely rebook here if it’s available. Well done 5 stars all round and thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed xx

We stayed at this apartment in Gramthon last week — I was there with Shannon — and everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and easy. This is actually our second time staying with Amaya Property and we’ve already booked our third trip to Gramthon with them — that says it all! We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

If you want an old English style type house this is the place low beams creaky floors the full works absolutely fantastic, great location, good value for money, good breakfast good old pub just across road for great evening meal. even being a historically old building bathroom bed etc. all up to scratch

    This was an ideal property for our overnight stay. The Coach House was in a small, quiet village with the lovely village pub just a couple of doors down. The property was well equipped. Choice of a breakfast hamper or a cooked breakfast in the host’s conservatory. We went for the cooked breakfast which was delicious & it was lovely to chat to the hosts & the other guests . Would definitely return

    Great newly renovated and tastefully decirated apartment near the city centre and retail parks, Nottinghan, beautiful Lincoln Stamford and the 1100 year old Major Oak in Sherwod Forest.     Excellent large room including bath as well as shower. Coffee machine and kettle in room as well as a small fridge. Superb location in the historic centre of a beautiful small village. Excellent pub next door which served extremely good food at a very reasonable price. Lovely breakfast offered at a very convenient time. Very conveniently situated close to Grantham but also stunning countryside walks from the accommodation.
