This is the best accommodation we have had the pleasure to stay in whilst in Italy. In the medieval part of the town, within the walls this apartment is amazing. On arrival our hosts collected us for a short drive from the railway station and showed us around the apartment which was larger than we expected. They were so helpful and also provided a great “welcome box” of fine pasta, good local wine and even Easter pastries. Spotlessly clean and has everything needed for a good stay of one or several days. Everything in the apartment was new and high quality. The bed was the most comfortable bed in Italy!! . We would not hesitate to recommend this to others and hope to return.

Excellent location in the old town, right on the via Francigena. Very cosy place, well decorated and with good heating. You can really see that this apartment was renovated for living there. The host was also very welcoming and helpful. Oh and you can see stars from the bed :)

A great place to stay. Right on the VF walk. The host was lovely. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. There was even a kettle, so being Australian, I could make a cup of tea.

It was amazing. Breakfast every morning was an adventure. Everything is homemade with something new as a surprise. Very central location to go and see all the sights in nearby places and then return "home", have a swim in the pool and just chill. As a single traveller, I never had one moment of feeling uncomfortably and lonely.

Wonderful rural place. Unfortunately we stayed only one night and during winter period but we will definitely come back to this place during summer time. It's very authentic, made with a lot of design thinking and love. Big territory with extraordinary view all over the place. Very hospitable staff.

Spacious and unique place! The owner is extremely friendly, helpful, flexible, and communicated clearly in English. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good repair and the bedrooms are cozy. It's nice having a four-floor layout so we could all spread out or gather as desired. The town was very peaceful in late fall and there’s a bakery, grocery store, bar, and cafes within a 5 minute walk from the house.

It is a tiny house in the village. I have a bedroom with a warm, clean and comfortable bed. A good size bathroom and kitchen. I met the owners parents while they tended their garden and despite not speaking each other’s language, we communicated. The owner herself is a lovely lady and left things for breakfast.

The appartment was comfortably cool, even without air conditioning. The hosts are really friendly and gave me useful tips on how to get to Siena with public transport. The washing machine is a real bonus for travellers with a bicycle. Nicest stay along the Tuscany Trail!

    Everything! I am very picky person, but not this time. This place exceeded all my expectations:) The location, villa, host (Tania) was on VIP level. Tania provided constant support and very detailed information about the region and places you can visit nearby. The villa itself is very stylish and beautiful decorated. All details were included. You can find lots of things to do on villa: swimming pool, walking, reading the book outside with beautiful views around or just go to nearest cozy cities. We will definitely return back!

    We had originally booked for 3 days and 2 nights, but upon arriving at the villa and seeing how perfectly maintained it was with its stunning view, we immediately asked if we could extend our stay for an additional night. Marco and Tania gave us a warm welcome and Tania connected with us daily to check in on how we were doing and to offer suggestions on places to visit, including an amazing restaurant. Tania treated us like family rather than just guests, and we highly recommend this villa.

We were welcomed by the lovely Tania & Marco, who went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was memorable, offering personalized recommendations for local activities and dining options.     After a warm welcome by the friendly and helpful host, Signora Cecilia (who lives nearby), we were delighted to find a warm and comfortable apartment, spacious and very well furnished. We were also able to enjoy a real log fire every evening. The very quiet village is set in spectacularly beautiful Tuscany scenery, very convenient for visiting places of interest.
