Breakfast consisted of local and homemade produce and baking, excellent! Dinner was cooked from scratch and represented local cuisine and Nonna’s recipes, the Zuppa alla Garfagnia was to die for. We went here on a whim and we were very pleasantly surprised! Everything was fantastic! Very friendly and generous people. We had a little wine tasting when we arrived with the houses own wines which was very nice and with really tasty wines. The view from the hill is magnificent and the pool is just by the vineyard. The dinner was also excellent and actually authentic Italian where it was possible to have antipasti, primi, secondi and dulce without getting overly full.

Staff was truly concerned about our comfort, and made knowledgable suggestions for touring. The pool is lovely. In fact the entire property is loaded with unique artifacts. The shared kitchen provides additional space, as well as options for cooking.

From the very beginning, Cizia was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. She welcomed us with genuine kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Pinocchio Park and with a great restaurant nearby. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options. We would absolutely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended—1000%!

    Veronica is a very friendly host and gave us tips and hints for our visits of Pisa, Lucca an Florence. She made it a very comfortable stay. The B&B is located in a very quiet surrounding nearby a village with stunning views to the Tuskany hills. Perfect stay!

    Beautiful setting ,villa was really authentic and offered a very big room and bathroom. The garden and seating area is quite big and we had it to ourselves the 3 days we were there! A beautiful view just 1 minute away of vineyards and classic tuscan countryside. A wonderful restaurant in the same grounds with really nice outdoor eating area, really handy as the house is not within walking distance of local town/villages . Overall idyllic and a delight!

    Beautiful location. We stayed here during a heat-wave and it was really good. It has a big and refreshing swimming pool with scenic backdrop of the Monte Carlo village. We stayed in an Apartment which was and remained cool. It offers nice wines and has a really good restaurant next to it make sure to book a table there! The staff is very friendly!
