Location - It's a calm place little away from the city centre. There is a shopping mall and a chain of restaurants and cafes in 300 meters. Besides, there is small grocery store attached to the building and one can all basic necessities there. Food- Though I had booked service apartment, breakfast was given as complementary and it really saved enough time for me. They generally serve poridge (of rice, oatmeal etc), bread, egg etc with coffee. Cleanliness - The building looks old but they have maintained cleanliness everywhere. Though the building looks old from outside, the apartment I had booked looked brand new and every equipment worked well. Fecility - Cleaning is available every day. They have necessary kitchen utensils. Toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, hand wash, were provided. However, we will have to carry our own soap and shampoo. They have a microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, iron box too. They have hostel in the ground floor and apartment in the first floor. Staff- Some of them including Ms Arena speak English and always ready to help. They even gave me a complementary bag while leaving. Safety - I stayed as a solo traveler for 5 days and felt totally safe all the time.

Nice and cozy accommodation, sparkling clean and close to shops and restaurants. Big shopping center with kids play center just in 10 min walk. Lots of public transport just at your doorstep. Or very affordable taxi. Excellent host!

It was really clean and the kitchen made it possible for us to cook some of our meals there. We requested to extend our stay multiple times, and the host obliged at every request and managed to find other apartments for us to stay in. We really appreciated it.

I enjoyed everything about the stay. The convenience of having a supermarket downstairs for all our necessities, the close proximity to the city center, and the host’s kindness in accommodating a late check-in. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. Thank you to the host! I will definitely stay there again if I visit Almaty 🙂

It's a very cozy room with a close vicinity to the bus stop and restaurants. The landlord is very helpful and is just a message away. The room has everything...from fridge to ac to heater washing machine charging stations tv with Netflix ...you name it. The shopping Mart is 10 meter away with almost everything you want I had a good time!

We had the opportunity to live in 3 apartments of the same owner during the few days we spent in Almaty. The apartments are great. They have full household appliances and even a dryer for hanging out laundry. The location is very good. Close to everything. We covered 140 km on foot. There are bus stops and metro close to the apartments. Your manager Olga is a big asset. A very nice and helpful person. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask. She answers in English and Russian.

Overall liked everything and would rate as 9.9 but, if compared to other places, this is definitely the best for the value of money, especially loved the location and cleanliness of the whole complex (including the flat). Talgat is very helpful and now I know how to mark correct collection point when ordering a taxi 😎
