I love it when the high ratings and excellent reviews are not in the slightest way an exaggerating: this place is the best. I would fly to morroco just to stay here :D We were welcomed by the host with tea and great almond cookies next to the pool. He then showed us the room. Because of our last minute booking, there was no room with two beds but they magically arranged a bed for my little nephew. We read in the reviews that for an extra fee they offer dinner. We opted in and it was indeed the best dinner I have had for a long time. It is a set menu but you can request vegetarian. After two or three portions we were wondering if there would be more. There was more haha Even the starter, a simple pumpkin soup, was the best. Where is their michelin star? Every food option after, even just the bread, was amazing. For desert we chose the creme brulee. Breakfast was included and was equally amazing. We had a room facing the valley and the pool with an outdoor balcony. There is also a roof terrace. This area is usually just a place for one or two nights as a stopover to go to merzouga but I would stay here for a week. Lovely people, very professional.

I prefer not to give ratings a 10 but this was a 10. I drove up to the property and a gentleman flagged me down and asked if I came for Dahr Ahlam. He showed me the parking which was behind a gate, easier than street parking on the small busy street. Someone from the hotel came to bring my luggage in. Such service is hard to find nowadays. The host met me, we sat down for check-in and some tea. He told me about some activities to do in the area. He can help you book. I recommend staying 2 or 3 nights at this place so you can book a tour with them. The hikes in the area are hard to find and a guide makes it more fun. I was only here for one night so he showed me some of the short drives nearby for nice views. I was then shown the room, which is absolutely gorgeous. Not only the decor, but the bed slept really well (warm blankets, nice pillow), outlets near the bed, clean, nice views of the mountains. Towels are provided. The bathroom has all you need including warm shower and soaps etc. The property is large, is has many rooms, a restaurant, a pool (looks amazing, a bit cold for November) and several balconies that you can use. This hotel is great just to stay in it, because it looks so cool and it has so many nice areas to enjoy. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. There was a huge variety of foods. They made a special vegetarian breakfast for me with some hot and cold options. I enjoy the breads. The location is on the street that goes into the Dades Gorge. It's a good location if you are coming from or going into the gorge. Tip on Morocco: this was my first visit to Morocco and this hotel was my first hotel experience. If you have never been to Morocco, you should go now. It's an amazing country with a large variety of natural areas, beautiful looking hotels, and most of all very very friendly and helpful people all over.

The staff were so helpful. This is a lovely small hotel in Dades Gorges with fabulous outlook from the terrace of the bedroom. Everything was perfectly presented and they even cooked a delicious supper for me.

Great location. Wonderful and friendly hosts. Truly one of the bests hosts we had. They offered to make us dinner even tjough we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was amazing and included eggs! Nice room and graat bathroom—yodates so modern. They are building a pool now. Would definetly stay again.

Very supportive and nice owner, keep. The hotel very tidy and gives you all sort of advises to your trip. And he is a good cook.

Nice and friendly Mohamed. Clean room. Very tasty Morrocan pizza and breakfast. 3 minutes by car from famous panoramic spot on the Gorges. Excellent value for money.

The best Iocation. Easy parking, friendly host, comfy beds with lots of blankets. Food very good, amazing views from rooms. Would highly recommend.
