Due to my poor route planning, I arrived very late. The homeowner gave me many reminders on the way, which made me feel very warm. The next day, they also provided us with a lot of itinerary planning, which was very considerate and patient, and gave us a lot of great advice. Beautiful surroundings we felt completely immersed in the New Zealand native bush, you can tell the property is well taken care of by the hosts, which as a kiwi i really appreciate. Loved listening to the native birds in the morning and the rustle of the trees in the wind, and looking up at the stars from our private spa, a completely relaxing experience.

Guests staying at Catlins Newhaven Holiday Park are a 5-minute walk from Surat Bay, a long sand beach in Newhaven, where you may be lucky enough to see a Hooker Sea Lion.
