Very quiet property set in beautiful rose gardens. Helpful and friendly owners and staff. Delicious homemade food also available.

Where to start? Staying at Pacific guest house is pure joy. Siraj started communicating with me very early before my arrival, and he was there picking me up from the airport the day I arrived. I stayed with this wonderful family for 10 days and every day i felt i was pampered like in my own family. As I was working remote, they ensured I always had perfect internet (I always did!) electricity and everying needed (a good desk and chair, and tea to keep me going during the day). I had amazing conversations with Siraj and his super smart sister (Hulya) who are incredible humans, and also mum and dad are always working around and super helpful. The property is beatiful and the garden is incredible, with all kind of flowers, fruits and veggies. Every day I'd take my breakfast in the garden (any time it suited me, as they adapt) and they also supported me with all help I needed. Even I got sick one day and they ensured I had the right bland foods, the needed care and the right guidance. I cannot recommend enough this beautiful place and this gorgeous family. The rooms are spacious, light and comfy. I absolutely loved it! Location a bit uphill outside of the center, but it's a lovely walk (really nice after diinner) and the neighbours are so nice and kind that is a joy just to pass by every day. It's a 20 minute walk up to ManthaBudha rock too and on the way to Sadpara lake.

I’m so grateful to the family who run Sehrish. They picked me up from the airport, let me use the guesthouse as a base while I explored Baltistan, hooked me up with a motorcycle and later a driver, and gave me good advice. But what did I really love at Sehrish? The hot, high pressure water! After long days in the dust of Baltistan or returning after week-long stints up country the bathrooms at Sehrish are a godsend. I’ll be forever grateful for those transfiguring showers. Thanks so much, Sehrish family!

The cooperation from the staff was exceptional. Couldn’t fault them in any way made our stay in Skardu unforgettable and we will definitely be back in the future .

The guesthouse is new, modern and clean. Room is great. Very good wifi. Hussain is a wonderful host: he helped me get tickets for the van to Gilgit, he bought me lunch, he helped me arrange an affordable ride for sightseeing around Skardu. Breakfast is tasty. Come here and you will not regret it as you will get incredible value for your money.
