The owner of the property was super kind. When we arrived he had a tea and a few snacks prepared for us and we had that meals while he explained us what were the best places to visit. When we left, the owner also prepared us a breakfast to take away since we left before the breakfast time.

Tommy and Lilly are amazing hosts. The homestay is located on a side alley next to the busy main street. The rooms are large, and breakfast served in the courtyard was delicious, and all tours we booked through Tommy were incredibly good. They made sure we avoided the tour groups wherever we went.

Small beautiful hotel surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Ninh Binh area is from our point of view the real gem in Vietnam. And this hotel is on the end of the road. Away from any stress. If we come to Vietnam again, we will for sure spend few day here again.

The bungalow was really cute, had a mini fridge and a kettle and really good wardrobe space. The Shower was really lovely with the stone features and the pool would’ve been nice had we had the weather. The Staff are really helpful and assisted with our motorbike when we came out to a flat tyre in the morning. Good location, would stay again if I am ever in Tam Coc again. Thank You

    Not in the village, so transport with a big bus is impossible. For the last 1.5 km or so you will need private transport or pick up. Hosts are very helpfull. Situated near the rice fields and karst mountains. We rented motorbikes via the Homestay for two days to cruise to the pagoda, Trang An boat, caves, restaurants and finally to the bus station.
