I absolutely loved the space, the ambience, the comfort, the cleanliness, the calm and peace, the ease of access to and from property. The breakfast was stellar, everything was fresh and the variety and selection superb. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, so much so I went on a hunt through Ghent to find a retail store which sold the brand and scent.

Marc was very helpful throughout our whole communication. He made sure we knew about the city LEZ, the parking situation, our car was too big for his garage, and waited for us at the house until we arrived. The room was marvellous, spacious, with a nice view in the garden and the fridge was filled with tasty food for the breakfast which was completed with a basket full of fresh bread, croissants and toast the next morning. In the evening he helped us to get a table at a nearby Italian restaurant, a real find! We would definitely stay again with Marc, this time for more days to get to know Gent and the surrounding cities. Thanks again Marc.

All attractions in walking distance and the local bar, The Walrus, is a lovely, friendly spot for food and drinks. There is also a bakery on the corner as you exit the apartment building, which is great for bread, breakfast and pastries. We are two couples and we had a great time. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to explore Ghent.
