The staff were phenomenal and went over and above to make sure everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel was clean, light and all round fab. Host was fabulous, met us early and explained how to get keys. Close to centre which was great. Quiet part so no noise from traffic/pubs etc Would book in again.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The hosts were very responsive and really helpful with some pre-planning concerns. The location was fantastic, a short walk from the train station, right in the centre of the city (which means it can be a little noisy at night.) There was so much space, the rooms were bright and clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The property is non-smoking and is located 500 metres from Whitley Bay. The caravan was so well equipped - my sister and I felt like we were staying in a family home rather than just a holiday home. Great location for the beach and a short drive to restaurants shops. Communication with Janice our host was excellent and access couldn't be simpler. Janice left us fresh milk and treats - so welcome after a longish drive. The bonus for us - Pet friendly. We hope to return again - there is so much to see and do in the area. It is possible to buy a pass to use the resort facilities - although we did not.
