The owner was very responsive in communication, both in writing and on the phone, he explained everything well and even sent some helpful material on WhatsApp, which is useful if someone was in the city for the first time. The accommodation was next to a busy road, but this was not audible during the night, the two rooms were sufficiently separated from each other, and the kitchen was surprisingly large and well equipped.

Joan was so welcoming and lovely, the room exceeded our expectations completely, very comfortable, large bed. Shared bathroom but not a worry at all, extremely clean and modern. Great variety of foods for breakfast in a shared kitchen/dining space. Would highly recommend. Nice neighbourhood, just be prepared it can take up to an hour by bus to travel to/from Dublin city, but buses are frequent and no issue if you aren't in a rush, and quite nice to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Dublin.
