Breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a wonderful introduction to Central Asian cuisine. The yurt was clean and inviting, with comfortable beds and a heater for the cold nights. The strong WiFi was a welcome bonus! It's a ten-minute walk from the shores of Issyk-Kul, offering stunning mountain views. I wish I could have stayed longer! The drive there through the canyon is absolutely beautiful! There are signs at every junction. 4WD recommended, they can organize a taxi for you. The bathrooms are new, and there are showers too. The yurts are basic but cozy and clean. Food was served on a shared table, which is a big plus for solo travelers. There are nice places to hang around and a fire in the evening to sit together. I went on a horse ride through the canyon and to the lake, it was amazing.
