22 km from Pranburi Forest Park, S&F villa is a recently renovated property set in Sam Roi Yot and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. A clean and large private villa with great cooking facilities and a large fridge and tv. The hosts are so lovely and will do anything to help, and the food they cook is delicious. The pool is incredible, clean and well maintained and perfect for spending an afternoon with. 7-eleven is in walking distance, about 15mins away but it’s not on Google maps, however the hosts have a map in the villa of everything around. The beach is also very near and the hosts can drive you into Hua Hin as grabs could sometimes be a bit hard to get. I will definitely be staying here again!

Owners were super-communicative and helpful and provided a lot of information, including great instructions on how to get to them from Bangkok, because we had a foolish idea to travel by train and that is a headache in Thailand. We took a van that took 6 hours and delivered us at the front door. Accommodation was as advertised - room was spacious and clean, with a patio in front, beach was literally behind the corner, Wi-Fi was fast and reliable - I only have good things to say. We rented a bike from Michel and Poon and got around both biking and walking- there is actually a lot to see in this area. Great place - hope to come back!

Ban Krut is beautiful and relaxing and this family resort feels like my home. The family home is surrounded by bungalows scattered around the garden with all sorts of trees and flowers .They are the sweetest people and it is a short bicycle ride to 7/11, restaurants, cafes and the lovely beach. While it's not facing the sea, access to the beach is only a short walk to the back of the house. Super convenient.
