Large appartment, well equiped, with balcony. Very clean. The hosts were very kind. The location is outside the town, but being by car fir us wasn’t an issue. In the summer, the price included the local Sommer Card giving you free access to many of the area facilities: cable cars, bike rentals, museums etc. This is a great plus.

    Beautiful & very clean apartment with a big balcony with an amazing view of the mountains! The host is really friendly! Niederthai is a great location in the Ötztal: it’s a little dreamy village at 1500m high that is not crowded at all.
