One of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is truly high end, with a wonderful and attentive staff. I especially appreciated the attention to every little detail. This is not just a nice and small boutique hotel, it is actually a total (and brilliant) concept! Very well thought trough and implemented! Amazing location right at the lake, great design immediately making you feel at home and relaxed; and wonderful staff trying to do everything to make you feel at home. Good and honest food and drinks (breakfast and some dishes for lunch; drinks and snacks at the Honesty Bar). I was also very happy with the charger for my car (Austria is still lagging behind in this respect).

We were welcomed very pleasantly. We were very happy to be able to check-in after check-in hours. We were even happier after hearing we are getting a free upgrade to a better room. The room was very clean and had stunning views of the lake. The bed was very comfortable. At the breakfast table we had a great view of the lake and the breakfast-buffet offered a large selection. The available underground car park was very convenient. The highlight was the wellness area, which was accessible through a underground tunnel. The outdoor pools are comfortably warm (34 degrees) and the finish saunas are great. We really enjoyed sunbathing in the textile and textile free area, we felt very comfortable due to great sight protection. The privat access to the lake was also very cool and calming.

Great host, everything was clean and comfort. Location is great just a few minutes up hill from Mondsee village. an hour or so fro Altstat and 20 min from Salzburg. The "room" is actually more of a flat inside the house with 2 floors , one for living and 2 sleeping rooms on the second floor. The house it self looks like atypical country side farm house with amazing view. Highly remanded booking this property.

Amazing location, absolutely stunning views, easy to reach all the main attractions, nice and quiet area perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast with delicious coffee. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable with all the necessary conveniences and a balcony. Parking was free, easily accessible and with enough parking space.

There are no real restaurants or grocery store in Schwarzindien Most of the flat has been refurbished so it looks like new There are some art pieces embedded in the walls which gives the apartment a touch of uniqueness
