Amazing location with an Amazing host. learned us so much about the forest! also had the cutest dog ever. This is not a location if you want luxery, it is a pure rainforest experience as it should be. had an absolute great stay!

Denise was wonderful and very helpful. The cabin was lovely and absolutely clean. The owner was very friendly as well. The creek was so beautiful and it was fun to walk in it and swim in it. An absolute pleasure to stay at the Heritage Lodge.

A great place to stay. Nice to have a more remote place to stay in the rainforest and switch off from wifi. \ The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool great to have a swim and cooldown. Restaurant was great - tasty and good portion size.

Phenomenal location overlooking the river. Outside (covered) lounge and kitchen overlooking the views (and crocs) were awesome. Great place to stay with friends/family as have a common area and separate rooms/bathrooms. Great value for money and less expensive than other options in the area that we found.

Everything about this properly enchanted us. The location was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of wildlife outside and no unwanted visitors (we were worried about snakes) inside, thankfully. All of the property’s facilities were in great condition and we made good use of the outdoor BBQ and pool areas. All communication with our hosts was pleasant and friendly. Each room, including the bathroom, has views of the surrounding rainforest, however we still felt secluded and safe. The floor to ceiling views of the rainforest are incredible to wake up to each morning.

The location was an isolated piece of paradise. The property was beautifully presented. The design and build of the cottage was both intriguing and beautiful. This was for us the best and most unique bnb we have stayed in. We were intrigued with the visiting Cassowary one morning and the tree snake that greeted us at the front door when we got back from dinner one evening. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This place is a real escape from it all. Beautiful surroundings, wonderfully peaceful and a real treat for us. The house is so comfortable, with everything you need. A home from home. The swimming hole was an absolute bonus too - really beautiful 😍

    The house is gorgeous and is really ideal for a couple of nights in the Daintree. Quite remote so you can get a feeling of being in the nature, but very comfortable nonetheless. It is very beautifully designed as well, and is fully equiped with all you could need. Really can't expect more than this and I couldn't have hoped better...

    Fabulous house, we would stay again in a heartbeat. The house was clean & comfortable with plenty of space & inclusions plus it was set in a beautiful location. So easy to get to & the host generously allowed us to drop in early to leave our groceries. He even recommended a wonderful lookout to stop at, which we would have missed otherwise. So peaceful and relaxing-loved it.

    Great location and had everything including big fridge and stove with oven, all accessories and amenities and a bbq on the back patio. The bathroom was fabulous with views to match and the quiet location and privacy was lovely! Host Thea was a delight to deal with when we rearranged our booking and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay.
