The staff went out of their way to meet our request of a room close to the lifts then when we extended our stay found us adjoining rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and a request for more pillows was met with an offer of foam or pillow and delivered immediately. The in-room dining was divine, the charging points both USB and USB-C, the toiletries were lovely and everything was immaculate. It felt like a $500 p/n room for quality, service and comfort

The room was spotless and filled with natural light, and the modern décor with artistic touches made it feel instantly welcoming.
