This stay was amazing!!! The best of all of our trip. Staff members were always doing their best to help us, apartment was great, position is the best you can get in Ottawa. Parking on site was great. Do not doubt booking here.

Close to the airport - was exhausted - flew in from Tokyo to Toronto - AC messed up all flights due to delays - got to Ottawa at 1:40AM - then discover AC lost my baggage - therefore was at the airport until about 03:00 so it was great to easily get to the hotel (via taxi) to a very nice room - and later a great breakfast

All. The house is pretty. We booked the room with private washroom, it is big. Even it has microwave and freeze. It has a good wi-fi conecttion and tv, the bed is very confortable. But the best is the Host Pier. He is very kind, he recommended us a lot of place to visit, and told us many thing about ottawa and canada in general... he is amazing and he prepare the delicius and very complete breakfast...

The hostel/museum itself was something to witness. The bonus tour around the hostel every day explaining the jails history was very entertaining, valuable, but at the same time very fun as well. The guide was just amazing and he was willing to chat with everyone afterwards in the lunch room as well. If every person would be so passionate about their work, we as a world would be in a better place. Props to this guy. Breakfast was amazing as well. All in all, possibly a once in a lifetime experience so well worth it specially if you stay for at least 2 nights to make it to the tour the next morning! Best thing i had in my short visit it Ottawa!
