Beautiful, centrally located old house with a lot of charm, style, and history. Evelyne is an exceptional, friendly, attentive, respectful host. I stayed only for one night but was impressed. This marks my second stay here, and I have nothing but positive feedback to offer. The apartments are modern and functional, and the location is a short distance from the main train station. Guests receive the "Bern Ticket," which, among other benefits, grants complimentary access to all public transportation in the surrounding area. An additional commendation goes to the staff, who are consistently engaged and attentive. Upon arrival, a member of the reception team personally greets guests and provides guidance on the apartment's features – as I mentioned, it is quite modern. Regarding the team, while interactions were infrequent, as is typical for an apart-hotel prioritizing privacy, every encounter was met with a smile (evident both visually and audibly). Even when certain requests could not be accommodated, all matters were resolved with remarkable ease and empathy. I will certainly be returning. C.

It is a great sized room with a fantastic waterfall shower and is very well decorated. The staff were super friendly and kindly let me check in early when I arrived on an overnight flight. The location couldn't be better: it's directly outside the train station, literally a 30-second walk!

    Central location. Beautiful building. Cheap compared to other hotels in Bern. Good facilities and very clean and included breakfast. Proprietor was really accommodating and let me store my baggage for the day and gave me a spare key to retrieve it.
