    Very clean. Comfortable bed and beautiful antique furniture throughout. Staffs very helpful in providing advice re matters of touristic concerns. Beautiful and central location (distance from train station). Excellent breakfast buffet. And the coffee is first class! (And I’m a coffee snob 😊)

    The hotel restaurant was good for dinner. It and the bar area appear to be the only renovated spaces in the hotel. The staff were standoffish at first but did what they could to deal with problems. I like to support family businesses, but the only reason to stay here would be if it was really cheap (which it was not) or you like to stay in old, strange hotels.
