I stayed at this hotel for nearly a month, and it was perfect for both tourists and business travelers thanks to its central location. The rooms were comfortable, and housekeeping, especially Ms. Wu, was kind and very attentive, always keeping my room spotless and making me feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff did a great job. Receptionists on all shifts consistently went the extra mile. This hotel deserves more recognition and is now my go-to in Jinan. I will be back soon. Well done!

this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel .
