Simple, but very clean and comfortable hotel with extraordinary friendly and supportive stuff. Parking lot in front of the room. Pizza restaurant nearby. We even were allowed to let the suitcases with them for our night at tortuguero, as we did not feel comfortable with letting them in the car and the ferry does not have big luggage capacity. Air conditioning works well. Sloths have been spotted everytime we have stayed here. The staff do not speak English but are patient and google translate works well. The staff were very helpful. They also booked a Collectivo for us to pick us up to La Pavona to catch the boat to Tortuguero.
