The house is brand new and is being very well cleaned. Nice big sauna is it’s greatest feature. There is a compact but nice place for open fire with an outside grill of high quality for any kind of meat.

The property is located right in the centre of the town. It has a great restaurant downstairs and the rooms were clean spacious and were nice and cool even when outside was very hot. There was tea and coffee available throughout the day.

We really like our stay at this little penzion in the cute little village of Kozlov. The room was modern, spacious and clean and the shared kitchen was well stocked. Markéta was a very gracious host and even called her neighbour to come unlock the beautiful historic church and give us a tour! It was a fantastic stay!

Everything went so perfectly that I wish we had stayed longer in Karlovy Vary. The city itself is beautiful and the hotel is magical. The staff was great, the restaurant and bar were great as well. and to top it off, a very comfortable bedroom.
