It is in very good condition, not worn out. Lovely archaic house but modern inside. No ambient light at night - pitch black. Quietness - no noise at all. Good host, friendly, available, and approachable.

The apartment is cozy, personal, and really nice. You'll really feel at home. Although it is not in the city center, it is close to the train station, bus stops, supermarket, coffee place, and any other facility.
