Exceptional Staff and well maintained facility. The drinks provided were a pleasant surprise for a Northe Camino pilgrim. Location was in proximity to everything necessary like groceries and pharmacy.

We liked everything! We got help with the luggage, with parking our trailer and the car. We got information where to find reasonable restaurants. Absolutely excellent! Highly recommended staying even it was just one night only.

Perfect location, right on the camino just outside Deba. I decided I make my 3rd day on the camino a little longer, in order to have more comfort than the pelgrims hostel and I made the right choice. The place is a 30min longer hike, but you skip that hill the next day, great! I had a room with a lovely sea view, the dinner I enjoyed (merluzzo) was delicious and the breakfast was great before starting the camino again. The staff was very kind, and they had a lovely atmosphere, being kind and easy going. I can definitely recommend this place for anyone and I would absolutely stay here again if I came back.

Lovely house, lovely people. Clean and tidy, the place is beautiful on the inside and outside. Breakfast is one of the best we have tried. The location is great, and there is a shortcut that gets you from the house down to the port in 15 min walking (not a problem if you don't have a car). The garden gives you a very warm feeling together with all the rest, and the view, be it the sea view or the hill view is breathtaking. We really wish we could have stayed more. :) Truly recommend it (you won't find a more exceptional place)!

The prime aspect of this lodging is Señora, who appears to run the establishment. She has to be one of the most accomodating, helpful, patient and considerate hosts I have ever dealt with. I arrived later than expected as I was walking the Camino, on a very wet day, and the kitchen was technically closed. This wasn't a problem; she created a most welcomed meal for me. The room was large, as was the bathroom, adequate for preparing for the next day.

It was an amazing stay on our Camino, the quiet rural location, comfy room, friendliness of the hosts etc are as good as the other reviews say but I'd like to highlight the dinner that you can get at the property restaurant: the meat we had was probably the best we had on our whole trip! The breakfast is probably amazing too but it starts at 8:00, which was a little late for us.

The location is really nice. We were arriving quite late, but they left us keys at the reception and there was no issue. We had a nice chat with the owners the next day. Great place for a relax.

Lovely family run business and very clean place to stay. We were walking the Camino del Norte and it is only a 500m detour off route AND the next morning you can take a private track into town that saves you doubling back. Restaurant/bar on site for guests in the evening and breakfast also served. Highly recommend for walkers
